     Maintenance and improvements to Paws Park are the joint responsibilities of Paws Park
     volunteers, contributors, park users and the City of Jacksonville Beach. In order to continue
     to keep Paws Park a nice place for all to enjoy, we are always in need of support. There are
     many ways to support Paws Park at Wingate Park! You choose which way best fits you.

     MONEY
     Your tax-deductible donation will help pay for maintenance and improvements. Please click

     You can also take monetary donations for Paws Park to any of these City locations,
     Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm:

     Note: If you use the Night Drop, please specify on the check or envelope that the money
     is a Paws Park donation.

     VOLUNTEER
     If you can volunteer your time to help Paws Park, we need volunteers to help in these ways:

     Attend dog park meetings:
     Discuss dog park operational and maintenance issues, plan for improvements, events and
     fundraisers

     Park Patrol and Maintenance:
     Refill poop bag dispensers, clean watering bowls, identify park problems that need to be
     addressed, etc.

     Organize events and fundraisers:
     Help with event planning, volunteer coordination, prize donations, public relations, etc.

     Education and communication:
     Help distribute educational fliers at the park, identify and create educational/informational
     literature, conduct park surveys, website modifications, etc.

     If your talents, skills or interests are not reflected in this list, let the Friends of Paws Park
     know how you would like to contribute your expertise. There are many terrific ideas
     for developing the park that have not yet been articulated or thought of. Physical limitations
     are not a barrier. Plenty of tasks require only brain and finger power.
